# Cancel your subscription

How to cancel depends on where you subscribed: in the iPhone app (Apple), on Android (Google Play), or with Onform directly.

Works on: iPhone, iPad, Android and web.

How you cancel depends on **where you subscribed**. Onform can cancel plans you bought from us directly, but plans bought through Apple or Google are cancelled with them.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. **You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for**, and your videos stay in your account.

## Cancel

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Bought in the iPhone or iPad app (Apple)" %}

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**.
2. Tap your name, then **Subscriptions**.
3. Tap **Onform**, then **Cancel Subscription**. You may need to scroll down to see it.

Apple handles billing, receipts and refunds for these plans. To ask for a refund, use Apple's [Report a Problem](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) page.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought on Android (Google Play)" %}

1. Open the **Play Store** app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then **Payments & subscriptions**, then **Subscriptions**.
3. Tap **Onform**, then **Cancel subscription**.

Google handles billing and refunds for these plans.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought from Onform (web, card or invoice)" %}
**On iPhone or iPad:** open your **Profile**, tap **Manage Your Subscription**, and cancel there.

**On Android, on the web, or from any device:** email <support@onform.com> from the email you sign in with. Tell us you'd like to cancel, and we'll confirm the end date and that no further charge will be made.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Subscribed in more than one place?** Apple, Google and Onform bill separately. If you moved from an Apple plan to an Onform invoice, also cancel the Apple subscription, or Apple keeps charging.
{% endhint %}

## Not sure where you subscribed?

* On iPhone, check **Settings › your name › Subscriptions**.
* On Android, check **Play Store › Payments & subscriptions**.
* If you get receipts from Onform, or pay by invoice, you subscribed with us.

## Organizations and teams

Organization plans, staff seats and invoiced plans are managed by our team. The account owner or admin can email <support@onform.com> to change or cancel.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.onform.com/account/cancel-or-change/cancel-your-subscription.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
