# Receipts and invoices

Find receipts for Onform plans bought through Apple, Google Play or Onform directly, get an invoice with your organization's details, update your card, and sort out a charge you don't recognize.

Works on: iPhone, iPad, Android and web.

Where your receipts come from, and where you change your card, depends on **where you subscribed**. Plans bought in the iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple, plans bought on Android are billed by Google Play, and plans paid by card on the web or by invoice are billed by Onform directly.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Not sure where you subscribed?** On iPhone, check **Settings › your name › Subscriptions**. On Android, check **Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions**. If you paid an invoice or a payment link from us, or get receipt emails from our payment provider, you subscribed with Onform directly.
{% endhint %}

## Find a receipt

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Bought in the iPhone or iPad app (Apple)" %}
Apple emails a receipt to the email on your Apple Account. It can take a few days to arrive, so check your spam or junk folder too.

To find or resend a receipt:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**.
2. Tap your name, then **Media & Purchases**, then **View Account**.
3. Scroll to **Purchase History** and tap the Onform purchase.

You can also see your Apple purchases on Apple's [Report a Problem](https://reportaproblem.apple.com) page.
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought on Android (Google Play)" %}
Google emails a receipt to the Google account you used to subscribe.

To see past payments:

1. Open the **Play Store** app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then **Payments & subscriptions**.
3. Tap **Budget & history**.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought from Onform (web, card or invoice)" %}
Receipts are emailed by our payment provider to the email you sign in to Onform with. If you can't find one, check spam and search your inbox for "Onform" or "receipt".

To see past receipts on iPhone or iPad:

1. Open your **Profile**.
2. Tap **Manage Your Subscription**.
3. A billing page opens with your past invoices and receipts.

Some plans set up by our team, such as invoiced or organization plans, don't open the billing page. The app asks you to contact support instead.

Can't find what you need, or using Android or the web? Email <support@onform.com> from the email you sign in with, and tell us which payments you need receipts for (for example, the months). We'll send you copies.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

## Get an invoice with your organization's details

If your club, school or business needs its name, address or tax number on the invoice, or you'd like to pay by invoice instead of in the app:

1. Email <support@onform.com> from the email you sign in with.
2. Include the exact business name, the billing address, and any tax number you need shown.
3. If you're buying for several coaches, say how many and which plan you'd like (see [plans and pricing](https://onform.com/pricing/)).

We'll update your billing details and email you the invoice, with a link to pay online. If someone else at your organization, such as an accounts team, pays your invoices, tell us and we'll help get the payment link to them.

{% hint style="info" %}
An invoice that's already been issued may not be changeable. Send us your details as early as you can so they appear on your next invoice.
{% endhint %}

## Update the card on file

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="Bought in the iPhone or iPad app (Apple)" %}
Apple holds your card, so you update it with Apple. Onform can't see or change it.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**.
2. Tap your name, then **Payment & Shipping**.
3. Add or edit your card.

Apple's guide: [Change or remove your Apple Account payment method](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT213276).
{% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought on Android (Google Play)" %}
Google holds your card, so you update it in the Play Store. Onform can't see or change it.

1. Open the **Play Store** app.
2. Tap your profile picture, then **Payments & subscriptions**, then **Payment methods**.
3. Add or edit your card.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Bought from Onform (web, card or invoice)" %}
On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open your **Profile**.
2. Tap **Manage Your Subscription**.
3. On the billing page that opens, update your payment method.

On Android or the web, email <support@onform.com> from the email you sign in with, and we'll help you update it.

If you pay by invoice, you choose the card on the invoice's payment page. After that, later renewals may be charged to that card automatically, with a receipt emailed each time.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

## A charge you don't recognize, or charged twice

Apple, Google and Onform bill **separately**. The most common cause of a double charge is subscribing in two places, for example in the iPhone app (Apple) and also with Onform directly, or on two different Onform accounts.

1. Check your bank or card statement to see who charged you. Apple charges show Apple's name, and Google Play charges show Google's.
2. Look for subscriptions you don't need:
   * iPhone or iPad: **Settings › your name › Subscriptions**
   * Android: **Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions**
3. Cancel the one you don't want. See [Cancel your subscription](/account/cancel-or-change/cancel-your-subscription.md).
4. Ask for help with the charge:
   * **Apple charge:** request a refund from Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Onform can't refund Apple purchases.
   * **Google Play charge:** Google handles refunds for Play Store purchases.
   * **Onform charge:** email <support@onform.com> from the email you sign in with. Include the date and amount, and a screenshot of the statement line if you have one (hide your card number). We'll look into it and reply.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Can't find an Onform account for the charge?** Some other companies have similar names. If the receipt or statement doesn't mention Onform, check whether it's for another product. If you're sure it's Onform, email us the receipt and we'll help.
{% endhint %}

| Android shows "Please contact the support team. The subscription is not bought from Google Play Store." | Your plan is billed by Apple or by Onform directly. Manage it on iPhone or iPad, or email <support@onform.com>. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.onform.com/account/plans-and-payments/receipts-and-invoices.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
