# Contact support

Email support\@onform.com from the email you sign in with. What to include so we can help quickly, and how to send your app's logs if we ask.

Works on: iPhone, iPad, Android and web.

Email us at <support@onform.com>. Here's how to get the quickest answer.

## Email from the address you sign in with

Write from the email address you use to sign in to Onform. That's how we find your account. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, your sign-in address may look like a random address ending in **@privaterelay.appleid.com**. That's fine: tell us you sign in with Apple, and include a screenshot of your profile screen (below).

On iPhone and iPad you can also start an email from the app: on the Home screen, tap your profile icon, tap the question mark icon at the top, then tap **Contact Support**. It opens your email app with your Onform version already filled in.

## What to include

The more of this you send, the fewer emails it takes to sort out:

* **How you sign in:** Apple, Google, Microsoft or an email code, and the email address.
* **Your device:** for example iPhone 15, iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy phone, or the web app in Chrome.
* **Your Onform version.** See [Find your app version](/help/troubleshooting/how-to-find-your-app-version.md).
* **A screenshot of your profile screen:** on the Home screen, tap your profile icon. It shows your name and how you're signed in.
* **What happened, step by step:** what you tapped, what you expected and what you saw. Include a screenshot of any error message.
* **Who's involved:** your coach's, team's or organization's name, if you have one.

## Send your app's logs (only if we ask)

Sometimes we need your app's logs to see what went wrong on your device. Only send them when we ask.

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="iPhone and iPad" %}

1. On the Home screen, tap your profile icon, then the settings icon (the gear at the top).
2. Scroll down to **App Info** and tap **Send Logs To Support (Use Only When Requested)**.
3. When the share options appear, choose your email app and send the logs to <support@onform.com>. Use the same subject as our email to you, so we can match them up.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="Android and web" %}
**Android:**

1. On the Home screen, tap your profile icon.
2. Tap **Send logs to support**.
3. Your email app opens with the logs attached. Send it to <support@onform.com>, with the same subject as our email to you.

**Web:** there are no logs to send from the web app. Send screenshots instead, and tell us which browser you use.
{% endtab %}
{% endtabs %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.onform.com/help/contact-us/contact-support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
